All drone operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including rules set by the Federal Aviation Administration.
6. Deliverables and Turnaround Time
- Delivery timelines will be communicated prior to the project.
- Turnaround times may vary based on project complexity and workload.
- Final deliverables will be provided digitally unless otherwise agreed.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be outlined in the project quote or invoice.
- A deposit may be required prior to scheduling services.
- Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
8. Intellectual Property
- Rising Eagle Drone Services retains ownership of all raw and edited media unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients are granted a license to use delivered content for agreed-upon purposes.
- Unauthorized resale or redistribution of content is prohibited without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to weather, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rising Eagle Drone Services from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Site conditions
- Failure to obtain necessary permissions
- Misuse of deliverables
